Your privacy matters. This policy explains what personal information I collect, why I collect it, and how it is used when you interact with this website or book training sessions.

I operate as an independent voice and accent coach based in the United Kingdom. For the purposes of data protection law, I am the “data controller” of the personal data you provide.

I may collect the following information:

Contact information

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Social media handle (if you contact me via DM)

Booking information

  • Course or session purchased

  • Payment confirmation (via Stripe-I do not see or store card details)

Communication

  • Emails you send me

  • Messages relating to coaching or training

Technical data

  • Basic website analytics (via Wix), such as page visits and general location (country level only)

2. How your information is used

Your information is used only to:

  • Provide the training or service you booked

  • Send booking confirmations and course information

  • Respond to enquiries

  • Send newsletters or updates (only if you have opted in)

  • Improve course delivery and website experience

I do not sell or share your data for advertising.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
I do not store or have access to your full payment details.

Stripe processes data according to its own privacy policy.

4. Email communications

If you subscribe to updates, your email address is stored in my mailing system (MailerLite).

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

Course-related emails (such as booking confirmations or session details) will still be sent where necessary to deliver a service you have purchased.

5. Legal basis for processing (UK GDPR)

I process your data under the following lawful bases:

  • Contract-to provide the training you have booked

  • Legitimate interest-to communicate regarding enquiries

  • Consent-for newsletters and marketing emails

6. How long your data is kept

  • Booking records: up to 6 years (for accounting purposes)

  • Emails: until you unsubscribe or request deletion

  • Enquiries that do not result in booking: periodically deleted

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data

  • Correct inaccurate data

  • Request deletion

  • Withdraw consent

  • Lodge a complaint with the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office)
